DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery is free of charge for orders $50 and over. For orders under $50 there is a flat rate charge of $10.00. We aim to delight with every order, but if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us so we can resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.
We like to process orders as soon as possible within standard working hours. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive email confirmation which will include your tracking details – you needn't follow your nose! Please note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.
Please note, we do not deliver to PO Box Addresses.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please choose your purchase carefully as all sales are final. No returns or exchanges on any product are accepted unless the goods are faulty or the incorrect item has been shipped to you.
